Clean Ketchup

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, no sugar added, low sodium is best (I use organic)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste, no sugar added( I use organic on this 2)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste (I use Himalayan)

Directions:

  1. Using a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Allow to sit in the fridge overnight to give flavors time to meld.
