Honey Dijon Chicken

HONEY DIJON CHICKEN

I originally got this recipe off of a fellow coach (Thanks deidra!) for pork chops but I decided to try chicken. Both are delish!

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 boneless chicken breasts (or pork chops)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
2.Mix Dijon mustard, honey, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish and pour mustard mixture over.
3.Bake in preheated oven until chicken is cooked thru. (If your using pork, make sure its just slightly pink in the center)
