3 day refresh stir fry veggies




This was one of the options on the 3 day refresh and let me tell you , they are A-MAZING!  They are so packed full of flavor that you wont know its healthy! I actually continue to make these for myself now on a regular basis and add chicken 






STIR-FRY VEGGIES
*I didnt add veggie amounts because everyone is different , so just use the portions you need! 

What you need:
1/2 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Ginger 
1/4 tsp sea salt 
2 tbsp organic vegetable broth
1/2 c sliced red bell pepper 
1/2 c green beans
1/2 c sliced carrots 
* these are the veggies from the 3 day refresh recipe but you can use any you'd like! 

1) Heat oil in skillet over med. heat add garlic and ginger 
2) cook, stirring frequently for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant 
3)  add veggies , broth and salt 
4) cook 5-7 min or until veggies are tender-crisp
