I have to say this dish was so rich and yummy that I will definitely be making it again! It's also boyfriend approved (just don't tell him it was healthy! ) I served it with asparagus:)
Chicken Marsala 21 day fix style
You will need :
- 1 T coconut oil
- 8oz Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Marsala Wine
- 1 lb chicken breast, thin cut
- 1/4 cup wheat flour (or of your choice)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 T almond milk(I actually used almond/coconut blend)
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (I used organic low sodium)
- Sea Salt and Pepper, to taste
If your a fixer this is 1 Red 1 Green and 1 tsp .
I'm not going to lie I didn't count the flour since it was so little !
